Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — account suspended for no reason | |
Hi, My irctc account (Sindhursai) is suspended for no reason. When i tried contacting their customer support they responded saying it is suspended for "fraudulent activity". I am using this account from past 10 years, it had all my travel records in it an i don't want to create a new account as i don't even have another mobile number. As far as i can remember the only activity i did with my account is booking tickets for me and my family for 3 planned trips, now i even cannot access the tickets and manage (Cancel) them. I would like to know the definition of "fraudulent activitiy" and how do they determine a "fraudulent activity"? Was this information helpful? | |
