Dear Sir/Madam,
Every day the website was not worked for 2-3 minutes till availability of tatkal seats on the train. once availability is full the website starts working.. Today i was completed all the process to book the ticket but after payment approval transaction opted out even no WL ticket provided.
This is subject to investigation on IRCTC
