Today I've recharged my UTS R-Wallet for an ammount of Rs. 100 through my UPI Id by the UPI supported application Phone pe. Though the transaction status showing succesful & the amount is also debited from my bank account, the balance is not showing in the UTS R-wallet. Current Balance of the wallet is still showing Rs 0.0.
I, therefore, requesting the IRCTC authority to please look into the matter & provide me an effective resolution either by completing the recharge so that my R-Wallet shows the balance of Rs. 100 or refunding the debited amount to my bank A/c.
