Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that, as per my several trailing mails to IRCTC regarding refund of amounts deducted during booking of two tickets but unfortunately transaction got failed and after the expiry of more than 1 month the amount still pending on IRCTC parts for refund.
Further I have already provided you the screenshot of IRCTC login’s failed transaction, login ID, bank statement but now action were taken and the amount still pending for refund.
I am tried to contact IRCTC sever times but the number given in site is seems busy all the time.
this is a kind of mental harassment to me as i am following with IRCTC since 28.11.2016.
Looking into the matter and refund my deducted amount at earliest.
