Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — amount deducted but ticket not booked. no refund received

I had two failed transaction with irctc where the amount has been deducted from my account but ticket not booked on 16 may 2018. But till now i have not received any information for the refund. Below are the information about failed transaction. I request you to initiate the refund process.
