Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Amount deducted ticket not yet booked

Booked a ticket thru phone pe app upi payment amount deducted but booking not yet confirmed irctc app shows that failed booking that is failed transaction amount not yet refunded kindly refund the amount to my bank account as soon as possible and kindly clear that payment issues on phone pe and irctc app
