Hi,

I booked ticket from kcg to tbm and return journey on 14th june from mobile app transaction id:[protected], [protected]
. But amount got deducted thrice instead of twice from my account. Please see the transaction details:

The allotment of the seats are very disrespectful and do not emphasize priority. two ladies travelling alone and on top one is the mother and has a daughter and an infant son.
I will be highly obliged if you change my seat and try to allot seats to passengers according to the priority.
