I booked a ticket on irctc.co.in my transaction id is [protected], amount deducted from my account but website says booking failed. I contact to irctc number they says to sent an email to them then i sent an email with supporting documents bank statement and booking status. Till now the amount i. E rs. 1245.90 not credited my account. Please refund the amount to my account. Bank statement are attach.
