I have booked 2 tickets having pnr [protected] and [protected] from irctc website and the journey date was on 21st dec approx but i cancelled the ticket on 5th of dec but still i didn't get any refund. Please help me out in this as it is more than their waiting period and still there is no response from their side. I tried to call them also but their number is always not reachable and i dont have any other option to contact them. Was this information helpful? | |||
