I booked three tickets from akola to secunderabad (Train no 19713) on 07.01.2018 on irctc but the transaction failed due to system fault at the irctc website. The amount of money amounting to rs. 900/- are debited from my sbi account. Their failed transaction id is - [protected] dated 07.01.2018
So please do the refund to my respective account.
