I booked ticket on IRCTC but ticket was not made and ticket amount rs-4050/-deducted from my account on 6 may 2018..the transaction ID for this transaction is [protected].please refund my amount to my respective account for my convenience please.i contacted IRCTC customer care but no any response found from them which is not good for customers.
Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
My tickets is cancelled after the chart prepared but i have not receive the amount in my account.

    I booked my ticket 21 april this ticket is confirm alloted birth B6 mai 28 PNR no [protected] date of journey[protected] at final chart prepared this pnr has changed and ticket has no room and through IRCTC ticket has seized and I don't have any information about that I am travelling in this train and TC said you are without ticket charged Rs 5700
    Through IRCTC I didn't get any refund amount and customer care said contact railway authorty
    Please help me from this regarding

      Wrt my ticket for Surat to Mumbai on 3rd April'18 PNR:[protected].
      When I got sms from railway mentioning

      "PNR:[protected] Train 11103 is delayed from JHANSI JN. Expected departure:[protected]:00 hrs. Please
      verify from www.trainenquiry.com or dial 139."

      I filed TDR 5-6 hr before train departure.

      Now Indian railway is writing to me that as per WESTERNRailway citing that “Train not more than 3 hours Late.Actual
      Departure Date/Time at Source is '[protected]:35' and Schedule Departure Date/Time at Source is '03-
      [protected]:12'”.

      what is point in writing weather train started in time.
      Should we then wait till last minute to hope train will start in time despite of message from railway.

        Hello, my ticket of tatkal darjeeling mail from sdah 2 njp was cancelled by the agent and the refund status showing updated but my money has not yet been returend in2 my bank of 2 tickets costing rs. 937.
        I booked my ticket on 7th may2018 and was cancelled by the rail yatri agebts online om the same day. The tickets were 2persons in sleeper class costing rs.937

        So. Kindly make the refund amount returned as early as possible in2 my bank a/c as its more than 1week in rail yatri app showing refund initiated but the money has not been yet credited in2 my bank a/c.

          I booked a tatkal ticket from ahmedabad (Adi) to bandra terminus (Bdts) in which one got confirmed but other was tqwl 1, as it was not confirmed i am still awaiting for the refund of the same, below are the details of the whole transaction.

            The e-tkt cancellation refund processed into wrong account and has not been resolved even after repeated request.
            As per the irctc confirmation refund against pnr number [protected] /irctc transaction id [protected], an amount of rs. 12260.0 has been processed as per below details:
            Date of cancellation of e-ticket/date of failure of e-ticket booking:01-may-2018
            Refund processing date:04-may-2018
            Refund amount:12260.0
            Refund reference no:85215228124817167924015

            I have checked my account details from which the payment has been made of rs 13100 for booking the above rail tkt bearing pnr number [protected]. Please help resolve the issue. I believe the refund has been processed to the wrong account by irctc.

              Hi,

              Yesterday i came to hospet passenger from birur to bangalore (Train no 56910). My waiting list is 1 but unable to find ticket collector in none of the coaches. Passengers are literally struggling for seats but ticket collector is not available. I don't know how irctc will schedule or preparing chart without ticket collector.
              Kindly take necessary action for the same.
              This won't repeat again.

                Hi,
                This is rajeev from aligarh.
                I booked a ticket from aligarh to indore with details here -

                Pnr [protected] ticket cancelled, amt 1095 will be refunded in your a/c with in 3-4 days. Please check your account/instrument from which this tkt was booked.

                But amount is not get back. It's around 5 days past.

                Attached screenshot - i tried many times to irctc helpline number. But there is no response from their side. Either phone is busy or no one received the phone.

                Can you please let me know. When it will back??

                  Delay for 6 hours of train in a fine summer day resulted in rejection from army ssb to let me attended it:

                  I had my ssb for army today (13/05/2018), i had planned and prepared everything to give my best in the interview, but on the day of train departure (12/05/2018) i received a message that the train is delayed by 4 hours, i was worried that how will attend my ssb, then as the trains timing to reach the station was 02:30 am in the night so i thought it might cover some hours and reach before 6 o'clock, so that i would be able to attend easily or may i would be able to convince the officers for delay.

                  But what happen really, the train came at the delayed right time but it kept on delaying, it was suppose to reach by 6 30 by the exact delay time but it got late by 5 and half hour late and reached at 8 o'clock,.

                  My reporting time was 6 o'clock and the train was actually going to reach at 02:30 am at the same day.

                  So i what the hell happened, i rushed towards the centre i tried to convince them but they didn't here a word as i was two hour and half hour late and not merely half or even one hour late.

                  I had to come back from the gate of my future, this is acceptable as this is caused due to indian railways negligence of trains, how does indian railway gets a right to delay the train by 6 hours on summers without any technical issues or even weather issues. I had to stay back on a hotel (800 rupees) and which results in even more waste of my hard earned money.

                  I need the refund my every penny i wasted here due to indian railway and also an apology which states that it was mistake from irctc and not the candidate so i can take that to army next time.

                  This is really pathetic from indian railways that a person has to reach a destination a day before just because we can't trust railways to their work correctly.

                      Hello team,

                      This is regards to online ticket booking issue. It has been repeatedly observed tatkal tickets unable for ranichennamma express all time. We observed every festival or weekend this is major. We are unable to book tatkal. North karnataka we are running with one train rani chennamma express is the only train more convenient for travel between sbc to bgm. But stupidity every time we try to book train on weekend or festival either server unavailable or seat status shows not available or we end-up with hell out money stuck in transaction failed. Otp woun't come ontime. It's not only my issue, hundreds of people having same issue. Irctc / indian rail quickly start another train between miraj to sbc vice-versa. I think irctc loop holes are more someone / team hacking. Please i want justification. I am very sure there is big corruption involved either by agents or railway staffs.

                        To ndls for magadh express. Date of journey was 18th march, 2018.

                          My eWallet get expired on 8th may, I trying to renewal it from 7th may but it getting signing out without renewed, my money stuck there, I called customer care more than 200 times it it connected only 8 times, they are saying wait for 24-48 hours, the same response I am getting since last 6days, plz take action against them for irresponsibility, negligence.

                            Yet irctc paid to zaapkay
                            Wht to do i cant understand.
                            Users are requested to consult me
                            I hv already added more than 70 members who not recieved money by zaapkay
                            And registering complain to consumer forrem.
                            So i request other members who have not recieved their money to consult me and comment to my complain with their issues.

                              I am totally disgusted and annoyed with the way seats are given in the irctc. My parents are senior citizens and also have heart problem. There are several seats available at the time of booking for a journey of 31 hours they have allotted upper births. Irctc never treats senior citizen with respect as i feel. What foolishness is this? I totally hate this ticket booking. Irctc should show the birth number/type before payment. I[censored]ser found that the available seat is not based on their criteria, they may leave the booking.
                              I have booked an e - ticket through www.irctc.co.in on 8th may, 2008 at 08: 25: 00hrs for 5 passengers. The detail ticket is as follows:

                              From: bhubaneswar to ksr bengaluru (Sbc)

                              Date of journey: 08- june - 2018
                              No. Of passengers: 5
                              Two senior citizens traveling together my mother aged 68 and my father aged 74 both are senior citizen and suffering from heart problem and lower berth quota is only for senior citizens. Irctc must allot lower births to senior citizens, but it is observed that after giving choice lower birth is not allotted i have opted lower birth for my parents at the time of booking the ticket, and despite of the fact that there were several seats vacant, they were allotted upper birth to both. When i prefer some seats it does not give as per our choice. It’s really irritating.

                              Just you imagine how a senior citizen in this age can climb up? Please suggest what action should i take for this? I request you to kindly do the needful so that she can travel comfortably. Please confirm me the seat status if possible.

                                  This is one of worst e-wallet facility i have ever used. First of all, govt is taking rs. 60 (Approx) for registration+ transaction charges rs. 10 (Approx). Again when you transfer money from bank account to e-wallet account, there will be transaction charges. Again when you book ticket there is a transaction charge.                                     I had booked my ticket (On 25th march, 2018) for travelling from jammu to pune in jhelum express (11078) on 27th may, 2018.
                                    Pnr: [protected]
                                    At that time status was rac 10, 11, 12 and wl1 for 4 seats
                                    When i check my pnr status now, it shows "error! Flushed pnr / pnr not yet generated"

                                    I have the printed copy of the ticket booked. Please look into the matter.

                                      We have boarded our train (Train no-22824) travelling from muri to bhubaneswar. The train is running late by 7.30 hrs. On asking for lunch, the catering staff has outrightly and rudely denied giving us our meal. Kindly look into the issue and reimburse our meal expenses if it cannot be served to us.
