Yesterday (08/05/2018) i travelled by chennai express from rameswaram to chennai in ac 3tier birth no.25, 26. There was no water in trichy station available to drink not even stall available to buy water bottle. When i asked for water from tea seller he said this is the state of affairs since many days.in case of any emergency for any patient travelling in train what will be his postion without water. I was running from one end of platform to other end to get water to no avail. Kindly make sure that atleast water bottle is available to purchase from stations.

I am at merta road station i went to fill water 2 ltr wender told give 10 rs it was 8/- in board then i told why it has written 8 on board. He told ic you want i will charge 10 rs for 2 ltr. U can complaint to any one.

    I boked and ticket last year which i cancelled it also. Received a cancellation mail regarding the same. The total amount was rs.1890.
    But till now i have not received the refund amount. When talked to the customer care, they asked me to wait. This issue is of 10th nov, 2017. Till now i haven't received the amount and the customer care is not answering.

      I booked this ticket before 3 months, so if i am trying to cancel this ticket in the irctc site, it is reflecting as "no records found" in the booked ticket history and even if i am putting all details like pnr number, train number, transaction number, it is not reflecting, still showing as "no records found" so i am not able to cancel the ticket. Please guide the next course of action to cancel the ticket

      It's almost three years since Rupak Kumar Sahu has filed this complaint yet this problem still persists. I am facing the exact same problem.

          Hello i am dev raj pandey and i want to complain against the irctc because my cancellation amount did not refund in my bank and i also complaint it in the irctc customer care and e-ticket @ irct.co.in but there have no any response on my mail and phones and now i am helpless so please help me on my problem i am sending all information regarding for this and also sending the bank statement from booking date to today

            My father name is r. Venkateswarlu, visited jabalpur for some work. He is a heart patient and senior citizen. We booked for a special train (01704) seat no 15 in b1 from jabalpur to hyderabad. Train starting station is jabalpur and suppose to come around 8 pm 8-05-18 came at 2 am 09-05-18. He requested every possible enquiry and no one knows about it. It was expected at 1st platform and inform suddenly announced at 5th platform with a short notice. We catched the train narrowly. Never expected, it came late after 6 hours though its starts from jabulpur. Once entered in b1 lights, fans, mobile charging, in toilets water not coming including the ac not proper from start. No one is answering the problems. All passengers were unable to use toilets. Toilets are dirty.in train the tc came to us checked the tickets and sat in a1. When we tried for attendants in three ac coaches no one sitting in his place. Then we approached the tc. He took us to the attendants where they are sleeping in a1. They had not given us blankets even. When complained about the problems to tc he woke up a mechanic. He could not able to solve the problem.in khandwa the problems will be attended - told by tc.in khandwa no support we got. Sweepers said no phnol to clean. We went to train drivers to stop the train until the problems in b1 not solved. But the drivers shouted us and abused with unparliamentary language. At akola also sanitary people told they do not have phenol. Duty tc requested to clean at least. The sweepers told in the train no duty for them. We after khandawa station on understanding from your mechanic took tools and shorted out the problems of lights, fans, mobile charging, tulu pump starting to get water in toilets. At itarsi station master, in train few railway employees told that the trains starting with zero are given on rental basis to private management. Now on paying huge ticket fare more than railways we are sorrow to say we are getting poor facilities and timing delay 6 hours at starting station. Its a mid hot summer all the passengers suffered at lot in our coach. Now why can not we demand our ticket fare refund for delay and worst services? Please give request to refund our tickets. Its a horrible experience through out the journey.

            Me as well as my co-passangers have found many rats inside our berth(A1). Our bags have literally been scratched by rats. Please look after it.

              I have done transaction to book ticket so i paid up the ticket charges using paytm but the transaction failed and money was deducted. I am providing the transaction details please have the look and do process the refund process the customer care people are full of negligence not even responding and ending the call abruptly in middle.

              The transaction was done on 29th april, 2018 and booked using tatkal.

                My irctc waiting list ticket (Pnr no. [protected]) (Transaction id: [protected]) 2nd ac mahamana express from gaziabad to jaunpur city was cancelled by irctc on 22-oct-2016 due to ticket not confirmed and amount of rs. 3250 (Settlement id: ig0cnybqo9) was supposed to be credited in my sbi bank account: [protected] by 25-oct-2016. The amount is not received yet in my account till date.

                  My account deactivated. My username sunildsouza125. Complaint id:id:-93185. I sent mail to [protected]@irctc.co.in no response from last 10 days. Then i called to customer care[protected]. They told issue will be resolved in one days. After two days again i called to the customer care they told me some technical issue is going on from last three days. Now three days passed no response from them. Concerned persons kindly resolve this issue.

                    This better be the last time I am facing this inconvenience.

                    Out of this two failed transactions, one debited a sum of 331 Rs from my card even though the transaction failed and it is still not refunded.

                    In the past couple of months, I have continuously met with several such failed transactions while booking in UZHAVAN EXPRESS which is between MS to KMU, back and forth.

                    I have got several failed transactions out of which, three transactions debited an amount of 'RS 331' from my card. Every part of the transaction went smoothly but finally the transaction turned out to be FAILED. BUT THE AMOUNT GOT DEBITED. The problem definitely didnt arise from my card, I used several different cards from several different banks.

                    I got back 331 Rs for first transaction within some acceptable no of days. As any Indian would do, I forgave them.

                    But the second time while booking the same thing happened. Every part of the transaction went smoothly but finally the transaction turned out to be FAILED. BUT THE AMOUNT GOT DEBITED. The refund got so delayed that I sent a email to Irctc customer care email id, requesting them to address it. But I didn't get any proper help.
                    After one and half months, I got back 331 Rs.

                    Again on 25 April 2018, While booking through the same train, the same thing happened.
                    An amount of 331 was debited during the transaction but the transaction got failed.
                    After waiting for nearly 10 days, I report this to you.

                    I have to inform to you that I am a very experienced user in online transactions. Hence the problem is not from my side. I have booked several tickets through IRCTC before, I was always satisfied with it. All this started only in the last couple of months.
                    These problems are turning out to be frustrating and problematic.

                    IRCTC should sort these issues out immediately.

                      We the passengers of train no 13331 from dhanbad to patna are suffering huge problems during journey by this train. One ac not working and on stoppage that only ac also not working. The train halted more than one hour at barhiya stn. And all the passengers including children and ladies were boiled due to heat at barhiya stn. We lodged complain in complain book with tte on train. The train is intercity express and it takes more than 10 hours in place of six hours. There are only few train between dhanbad and patna. So please look into the matter and comply these problems.

                        I have booked an e ticket on 28/4/2018rain no12632 tirunelveli to tambaram.. I chnaged my tour programe and cancelled the ticket on28/4/2018 the same day... I pay the amount from my iob account.

                          I had tried booking tickets was wasnt successful due to some error. But the ticket amount was deducted from my account twice after 8 hours o[censored]nsuccessful booking.. The amount of deduction is rs 3180. Need a refund. Have also mailed to [protected]@irctc, but no reply yet. Need a quick redressal.
                          No ticket booked yet payment deducted twice.

                            The train named LLT Faizabad Express train number being 22103 was scheduled to arrive at bhusawal station at 8.30 pm which was late n was rescheduled to arrive at 21.50 n the same was displayed on platform no.6 and in no time the train came on platform no.4 around 11.15 without the announcement being made. The epic moment is still the train details are displayed on platform no.6. N the announcement was being done for the advertising agencies these tours those products 🙄😐😓 its very disappointing n the sound was also too low to be audible.
                            It's a request to all those who travel to n from to bhusawal to be aware n hv a seat between the platform 4 n 6.

                              Sir, i tried to book a railway ticket on 16.4.18. As per their specifications i submitted all my data's necessary for booking. My account was debited by rs 190/ but ticket could not be booked due to some technical difficulties at their end. They intimated that the amount will be refunded. But as on 08.05.2018 the amount hasn't been reversed to my account.

                                Dear sir/madam, i had booked a ticket from dli to bth journey date 27-apr-2018, but the train got late from more than 20 hours. I had filed the tdr on the same day at 27-apr-2018 11:29:15 hrs. The status of tdr showing tdr repudiate. Please help full refund in my account urgentlly. As per rule total amount of ticket should be refunded if the train gets late more than 3 hours.                                     I have cancelled two tickets on 28th April 2018, the tickets has been cancelled but money has not yet been refunded.

                                        I have booked a window ticket [pnr no.[protected]] from ahmedabad to nagpur for date 7/5/18 [train no. 12833]which was a waiting ticket. This train runs at 00.15 a. M. And chart was prepared at 8.00 p. M. After seeing that ticket has not being confirmed we didnt board the train as ticket was waiting.
                                        On next morning when i went for cancellation and refund the counter person refused to cancel.

                                        Reservation counter closes at 8.00 p. M. And so it was possible to cancel the ticket next morniing only.

                                        I booked Tatkal Ticket from Chennai to Thirissur on 27th Apr 2018 and cancelled on the same day due to status waiting list. I have still not received the refund to my current bank account which i had used for booking the ticket.

                                        Kindly help to get my refund to my bank account.
