Dear sir/madam,

I with my user id bsankar12 booked an e-ticket having pnr-[protected], but didn't get any sms regarding the booking on my registered mobile number otherwise i tried to take print-out from the booking history section but it's throwing error unable process.

It will be great assistance if you would have a look on it on priority.

    I want to complaint about the problem i recently faced when i was booking the ticket from lko to ddn train no 13009 doon express. I did the payment through pnb debit card and irctc android app. The date and time when i faced it :11:10 am
    On 1 oct 2017.
    The balance was deducted from my pnb account and i dint get the ticket. The transcation failed after the money was deducted from my account.

    Amul counter platform no 4 at cuttak railway station has over charge me for amul milk, after asking he replied all platforms stall are over changing that y we also over charges to costumers.

      The cleaness of the place is not maintained, the supplier was not wearing cap or glouse or approne, if a foreigner come to like this place than what will be our country reputation. India is a great country. Let us make it great in all the way.

      We have to make a compulsory rule in all restaurants or hotels in india to wear proper out fit while surving foot or there licence had to be cancelled like foreign country.

        Sir, my email id is=[protected]@gmail.com my mobile no is=[protected]. I register for irctc agent code through csc e governance. On dt 19/08/2017 a mail receeived from irctc contaning agent user id and password user id is=icsceg027236, more than 40 days has gone activation code did not receive on my mobile, i send more than 10 email to irctc but no answer from irctc.
        I request you to arrange to send activation code

          I had made payment of 3 tickets from muniguda to bhubaneswar & rayagada to bhubaneswar but it showing failed transaction. But money had been deducted from my bank account through online mode. Date of journey is on 01st october 2017. I had made payment under tatkal quota.
          So kindly take necessary steps for refund of money.

            A mouse has been located in coach b6 of train no.12314 rajdhani express dated 30/09/17. Information has been conveyed to the staff by the passengers long time back but no action has been taken from their end till now. The mouse is creating ruckus all over and is highly unsafe for our luggage. I have been trying to get in touch with the helpline numbers available on the official website of irctc but have failed to do so.

                  Reserved boggies such as s-12 are overloaded with people having general seats as they were given the seats by tt illegally.. This is causing harassment and inconvenience to reserved seat people. There is no space to go to the washroom too. There is a huge chaos due to the same. We boarded at ambala station and we had to literally fight for the seats that we had reserved

                    I m going to book for a reservation bt the employee is doing bad behavior. The problem is in baheri pin code - 243201, here some employee dont do there work responsily no one cares about the customer they eating pan masala in the cabing bt dont listen the problem of customer.

                      There is a delay in train 12639/ brindavan exp. We are carriying child to bangalore. We have suppose to stay in waiting hall. Due to ventilation problem (Fans not switched on) just sat near to smr office with crying child. I just asked them to switch on the fan, they said we no need to take any responsiblity i[censored] want go and take room from outside like that command given by smr officer. Please take some necessary action to avoid this problem in future. We are paying money and we have rights to ask..

                        I got a message from irctc that my train (Punjab mail) has been cancelled due to unavoidable reasons which was scheduled to depart from bathinda on 29 sep 17. Also i checked it with the other passengers planning to board that train and i got the same feedback of train cancelled. So i thought money will be automatically get refunded and i hired a cab and performed the journey by road from bathinda to delhi. When i came to delhi i saw the same train arriving at ndls. Inspite of all the inconveniance i was the only looser because a wrong feedback was provided by irctc. Please refund my money.

                            Hi sir i am travelling intrain no
                            16219. Caoch s7 date of journey 29 september 2017
                            Flooded with people of general ticket, no place literally to move our legs also. And can't go to toilet as well

                            No rpf or tt have visited so far of 7 hours journey

                            Please take necessary action to remove obstacles for passengers who are traveling with reservation tickets

                                I had a journey for indore junction to new delhi through intercity express. I came to inquiry on platform no. 1 between 4:00 pm to 4:30 pm and during that period i have lost, perhaps left any where by mistake, my folder containing all my original educational certificate.
                                Metric, senior secondary, b.com, m.com, mba. Ugc net commerce, ugc net management, pgdca, joining letter, research paper certificates, phd id card and other related documents such as passport size photos, call letters etc.

                                  I have booked a 3a ticket in kochuveli to yeshwanthpura express 12258. I booked online. During booking i paid 25 rupees extra for bedsheet and pillow. While i boarded the train again the railway staff made me to pay again. I have to fight to prove my stance and also it created immense pressure and shame for me. It is not because of the money.                                     I had booked six tickets amounting ₹1818
                                    Through just dial app. But tain got diverted we did not travel in train. Money should be refunded automatically. But they told to file tdr. I did that also but even now it has been a month still my money has not been refunded. Kindly help.
                                    Request for refund against pnr number [protected] for reason train diverted and passenger not travelled, has been received and the reference no for this is :[protected].

                                    The tdr refund case has been registered with[protected] on[protected]:27:54.029 and forwarded to the chief commercial manager/refunds null to process refund through enhanced coaching refund system of indian railways (Ecrs) under the present commercial rules

                                      My self dharma kumar done booking of ticket containing pnr [protected] from pune to slo for 29 the september. On 28 the september night after chart preparation my final status was wl/13 and the ticket was not cancelled. According to irctc if the ticket was in waiting list after chart preparation it means the ticket will be cancelled automatically but my ticket was not cancelled and i did not get any refund. So kindly look into this matter and please give my refund against ticket

                                        I am travelling in jammu mail train no. 14033, date - 29 sept, 2017. The a/c in the train is not working at all causing suffocation and many people are experiencing breathlessness, this is a health hazard as without proper ventilation anything can happen. I urge you to make sure all the a/c's in the trains are working, because we pay taxes for this so its our right.
