I had cancelled my 3 e-tickets on 7th april 2017, pnr numbered [protected], [protected] and [protected] respectively.
Out of these, pnr number [protected] (Refund amount rs. 220) and [protected] (Refund amount rs.530) have been refunded successfully on 9th and 10th april 17 respectively.
The third pnr [protected] (Refund amount rs 530), is still not refunded even after 14 days of cancellation and there is no update on it yet.
I have made a complaint on helpline number and mail as well, with ticket id [irctc #5631593], but there is no response from irctc and refund is yet to be made.

This happens thrice. I had booked the ticket but every time IRCTC had deducted the money and login got failed. What the hell is this. I lost my money almost 3000.
I used two login IDs,

      Sir/madam,

      This is a request to provide jain food drop box option in the trains serving in house food. Do not get jain food in trains like shatabdi or similar trains where food packets are prepared in advance. I have faced similar issues many a times and when request the railway attended, they inform that food is already prepared and cannot adhere to our request. So if jain food option is provided, they can know in advance and prepare jain food.
      Even international airlines serves jain food worldwide. Kindly consider the issue.

        I cancelled two bookings and i am supposed to get a refund of 2570 and 1285.
        Refund status of both tickets shows "refunded on april 19 2017" but i havent recieved any refund till date.

          I had tried to book tickets for my parents on both the occasions i.e. for 22nd August and 23rd August 2017 for the occasion of Ganapati festival,
          However I was not able to book the tickets for the both the occasion and the money was too withdrawn from my account,
          Is there some kind of fraud or scam been conducted do please let us know as I am fed up of this situation as both the transaction were failed within 2 minutes
          8am portal was open and 8.02 am the portal showed me transaction error even though all details were filled correctly
          this happened with me for 2 consecutive days
          Do please let us know if there some kind of scam been conducted so that I would think twice to travel by train next time.

              I booked a ticket for ANVT to PNBE for 23rd april. PNR is [protected]
              I got a waiting tatkal ticket. As far as I know that waiting tatkal gets automatically cancelled.
              So I didn’t cancelled it when I saw that chart was prepared and still my ticket was waiting.
              But now here I m not getting any update regarding cancellation or refund.
              Please help. I want to know when I will have my refund

                We have traveled to wardha from pune on 21 april 2017 by ajni superfast express first their was a big dely due to ac not working properly after a long period 0f around 2 -3 hr train started but during the journey again the ac stops working and their was no fan also available for the passenger some old age people who felt some breathing problem also and bp problem during the journey i request the concerned authority to kindly check the problem and fix it so that it should not happen again

                I have been trying to reach customer service of IRCTC from a very long time. i sent a very long mail to irctc support regading discrepancy in refund.they responded after 15 days and couldn't solve my problem.. Now i have been dialing [protected] from 48 hrs. Absolutely no response from anyone. This kind of poor service was not expected out of IRCTC

                    Before ewallet registration i added 900 inr into my account... Then i saw registration is forbidden during the tatkal period (May be main reason for this they have only 16 bit application server) then when i registered next day on ewalled my 900 was gone! When i called at cust care they said there is nothing to do you have to register before adding money... Which kind of service is it? If matter is like this then why can i add money before registration? You know what im saying??

                    I have cancelled a ticket on 16th april 2017. When I checked for d return status, it is showing that the amount has been refunded and it is refunded on PAYTMAG bank instead of my own bank account. The amount was Rs 14640.
                    please help out to get my money back. please tell me what is the process to get my money back ?

                      I had visited cuttack railway station today at about 11 pm and had visited a vendor namely s.r.foods having avm stall no. 2 where i purchased a amul cool having mrp rs 18 but i was charged rs 20, purchased a tea priced at rs 7 but was charged rs 10, purchased a coffee priced at rs 7 but was charged rs 10. When questioned i got only explanations from the vendor staffs.
                      This is highly ridiculous

                        Sir/mam,
                        I requested for tdr against pnr no.[protected] (On 6th march 2017) but it has been repudiated citing that no edr has been fed against the particular pnr as party has travelled. But in actual case no party has travelled on the ticket, as on the same day i booked another ticket on the same train for next day after knowing that the train has been late for more than three hours and then travelled on next day. So it is not possible to travel on two different trains on the same day. If you want i can provide the next day travel details. Regarding this issue i already mailed to [protected]@claims. Indianrail.gov.in, but 17 days over & i am not geting any response.

                        We traveled for yeshwanthpur to solapur on 15th April and returned on 17th solapur express. both the time we got the worst boggy.. old compartment and specially in the enterence the AC vent is very bad. we traveled thought 2 tier AC. after paying huge money for the tickets its the worst experience.

But the webpage closed immediately after the amount got deducted and I have not received any confirmation for irctc till now. I have consulted the customer care but they are not responding. So please take action against them and help me to get my hard earned money refunded

                            Now after 4 months, revert came is that tdr rejected because i traveled on train which is not the case.

                                I booked ticket from mathura to lucknow at 29th march 2017 in 15108 (Mathura chhapara). But train was late more than 3 hours so i filled tdr but today 20th april 2017 tdr status is repudiated. I talk to irctc helpline no.."he said you should reopen this matter".

                                  After repeated mails to irctc cc i haven't got my matter resolved. My money was deducted for a ticket not booked and everytime i write a mail no body replies. It has been 3 months now and i don't get any response from customer care. Pathetic service. Whom should i contact for further actions.
                                  Once a while they ask for my bank statement, i provide it again after 1 month they ask for my bank statement. I have done this twice and after the second bank statement no body has replied even after 1 month. The most recent ticket i'd provided to me is 5631576.

                                    I am a frequent traveller, always thought that things might change but now it's high time. Few observations Overall, not travelled much to North but yes Southern region railways are getting worst day by day, currently I am travelling to North and I see that train is very Unhygienic and Washroom stinks. There is absolute no cleanliness at all though it's an A/C coach feels like I am travelling in a normal coach. When I recall(not really sure though) travelling from Chennai to Delhi or vice versa can you believe Cockroaches accompanied me the whole time. It's high time that Railways concerns should be taken into consideration very seriously as one might face lot of health issues like because of washroom being unhygienic one can get Infection etc., Consider this and take the required action.

                                      I have booked irctc package for bharat darshan from cstm to south india for me n my family 3 months in advance. On the day of departure the train departed from starting station 2 hrs late as the preparation were not proper.Not only this I am going to board the train from gulbarga where the train was supposed to be 11pm but I am still waiting till 6am in the morning but train is not yet come.I came here to catch the train from Hyderabad after doing the full day office but here I found the huge discomfort because of such issue.Here railway has not even done the announcement for apology or anything related to its arrival.Kindly do some strict action on such issues as even 3 months are not sufficient for proper time scheduling and other arrangements.

                                        Tried to cancel 2 e-tickets multiple times atleast 15 hours before the train departure.. But cancellation did not go through as there was a server error. Tried again 3 hours back.. Noe it says zero amount will be refunded as chart is prepared.
                                        Tried to file tdr but there is no such reason as 'server not working'. This is ridiculous. We neither have proper servers to carry out transaction with out any issue nor there are enough ways to report the issue correctly.

                                        Please refund amount for my 2 tickets considering it as cancelled before 15 hours of train.
