during booking of e-ticket online on 18/05/2015 at 23.01pm for journey from Allahabad to New Jalpaiguri by Narth East Ex.(tain no.12506), booking has been failed and amount of Rs.6675.94 has been deducted from my bank account. IRCTC did not send any massage about PNR no. or about same incident. Please check the same and try to refund my money.     Dear Sir/Madam, On Wednesday morning i was trying to book a tatkal return ticket for my brother and uncle, after logging in to the booking when i tried making inquiry of the seats available due to the no. of ads on the booking page i was unable to make proceeding hence was unable to book the ticket. due to which there will be inconvenience caused to them is just undefinable. this happened due to your commercialization of the IRCTC site to a unexplained extend. i demand immediate withdrawal of the the senseless ads on the home and booking screen of the IRCTC site and also an apology.       I was booking a ticket from Gorakhpur to Anand Vihar in Train GKP ANVT PREMIUM(Train No. 05027) in 3rd AC. I found a fare difference in the fare display while selecting a train and while making payment. When I selected the train it was 1425/- and when I booked it was 1735. I repeated the same process and found that this is occurring every-time Same is the case when I was booking the ticket in train GKP PREMIUM( Train No. 05032) I was left with no options and booked these two tickets. PNR No.- [protected] (ANVT to GKP) PNR No. - [protected] (GKP to ANVT) Attaching proof of the difference of the train 05027 This is not as such a complaint, this is a request if you can explain me a valid reason that will be good. And if there is a difference please return me the rest of the amount..

At the time of booking it was in Tatkal waiting list & After chart has prepared one person has traveled[protected] and other person has not traveled due to his ticket was in waiting list. Then after i have filed TDR on 02-05-15 & the cancellation ID: [protected]. When i have checked today[protected], it shows the status as it has rejected.           Sir, I booked a ticket from ndls to Ltt, payment done but ticket not booked, after that when i try again for that ticket irctc says you can book only 2 ticket between 10am to 12 per ip adress, but i am not booked 2 ticket in my system and there is no booking history of 2 ticket, What is that this is the problem of IRCTC or other sir i think someone is hacked my ip adress, please help me sir

                    HE PRABHU ! Iam the user o[censored]ser ID : EXNAVY1991 AT IRCTC site for the last over 5 years. I have been trying my luck for Tatkal Booking since 16/05/2015 from Narkatiaganj (NKE) to Anand Vihar Terminal (ANVT) or Delhi (DLI). But the moment Tatkal booking starts at 10:00 AM, once passenger particulars are entered and attempted to proceed further for booking, a message saying :The website is presently not available". On re-trying it shows the availability has been reduced and on 2nd attempt too the same message The website is presently not available" appears. However, the moment the Tatkal quota is finished followed by early wait lists, your site is available but of no use. This has been happening with me daily commencing 16/05/2015 till date when I have tried to book a Tatkal Ticket in : Porbander (Bapudham) Express from NKE to GGN, in Saptkranti Express from NKE to ANVT and Satyagrah Express from NKE to DLI. It is further very strange that while your site is said to be presently not available for Tatkal Booking, whereas, the site is simultaneously available for General Bookings like Premium Tatkal etc. It is probably established that your website for Tatkal Booking is being hacked for the first 2 minutes for general consumers and at the same time it is available to Agents/Touts. It can not be possible without the involvement of your staff members concerned. BECHARE "HE PRABHU" IS BEING MADE TO FAIL TO FULFIL THE DREAMS OF THE COUNTRYMEN BY HIS OWN TEAM OF IRCTC OFFICIALS. Can I expect an investigation and adequate response from a sincere IRCTC official ?                       my pnr no. [protected] I, along with my three colleagues was to board train no. 9726. The train was announced an hour late. After departure of Ashram Express, a train arrived and halted at platform 2. No announcement or display was done by station authorities. Taking it to be our train 9726 we searched for our coach C2. No TTE or other staff was seen on platform. The train started moving. Hurriedly we had to board the nearest coach. The TTE in the coach accosted us and said this was wrong train and demanded penalty. We got down at Bandikui station and waited for our train 9726 and boarded it. We three helpless ladies had to run here and there with luggage and suffer torturous moments. I am suffering from spinal ailment. The commotion aggravated the problem. All this happened due to carelessness of Awar station staff.                         PNR:[protected], TRAIN:15036, DOJ:18-05-15, CC, KGM-DLI, Dep:08:50, TARA DATT, WL 16, I have booked my ticket for KATHGODAM to Delhi at waiting 16 evening 18:00 hrs I have checked pnr this time updated pnr waiting is 3 and charting done so I have not got the sms of automatic cancelation. When I filing TDR the reply is your waiting list ticket is automatic canceled so TDR filing is not required please look into the matter thanks.

                          PNR No.[protected] Train 22650 DOJ 05/06/2015 fo myself and my wife under senior citizen quota.Recently it was announced by irctc that more than 50% lower berths will be allotted to senior citizens. But in my case one is upper berth and another is side upper. As we could not travel in upper berth I immediately cancelled the tickets. But the cancellation charge is (367.47-225) Rs.142.47. Please clarify what is the actual charges for cancellation? Why lower berths are not allotted when there is more than 200 berths available? Please clarify.

                            we booked the ticket from Virudhunagar Jn, (Boarding at Madurai) to Sai Nagar Shirdi via Bangalore City Jn by cut journey ticket PNR No.[protected],[protected],[protected], on[protected], by Train No. 16235 for fourteen persons.On the date we 13 persons traveled in the Mysore Express, and one persons who's number S7, Berth 70 (UB) was not traveled with us. On next day[protected], we (all the 14 persons) are not traveled in the MYS-SNSI Express Train No. 16217, under PNR No.[protected],[protected] and[protected], since we already booked under tatkal and waiting list ticket for 3 AC coach and it was allotted to us. However, since the short time between arrival and departure, we are not moving the person available in Counter No.3 at morning and he denied our claim, because the Rs.Zero only marked in ticket. Further due to short time only available to us and there was door locked between 3 AC coach and ordinary sleeper class, we are not able to conduct TTE at Train. now only we returned from Shirdi and we wants to claim the not traveled passenger ticket fair through your channel.

                              I have beeen trying to book tatakal ticket from past 1 month, each try i am trying lot of money is getting debited but tickcet will ner get booked. Please please please improve tatkal site. Now also I am not able to login, getting error as maintenance activity, please do do such maintenace's at tatakal lot lot of people are suffering due to this. Today also I have tried 4, each time lot of money gor debited and ticket never got booked. 'DUE TO MAINTENANCE ACTIVITY E-TICKETING SERVICE WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. INCONVENIENCE CAUSED IS DEEPLY REGRETTED'. please please please improve the site, it became a night mare to book tatkal tickets

                                Hi This is regarding my grievance with the IRCTC internet ticketing website. This website is doing the best thing in the country that is it is making whole country fool by offering tatakal ticket booking online. I think it is easier to go to mars than to book Tatakal ticket from IRCTC website. Let me explain my problem yesterday I was booking the tatakal ticket from IRCTC website after selection the train I am not getting the status of the ticket for that train rather I am getting the beautiful message like "website is down please try after some time". The best thing about this message is that this message was only coming to the customer's and not to the agents, even nasa would be proud of those developers who are maintaining this website. Today again I tried the booking for the next I got an extra gift from IRCTC that is "DUE TO MAINTENANCE ACTIVITY E-TICKETING SERVICE WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. INCONVENIENCE CAUSED IS DEEPLY REGRETTED", that's the most humble message I would have ever received .IRCTC developers starts maintaining the site in the pick time it continues till 11:30 and it is still not completed, what a genius developer team IRCTC has. I know that I am not the 1st one complaining about IRCTC online ticketing tools but who cares. At least IRCTC doesn't care about customer and importance of there time. There people enjoy there life in AC. Our PM tell us about digital India but IRCTC gift us Dark India. I know there won' be any improvement from IRCTC side but still writing this complaint.

                                  Hi, I tried to book a ticket at tatkal time and the website was not allowing to complete the transaction instead of 2 times deductions of payment from my account. Again when i tried to book the ticket in premium tatkal the site displays a message "Maintenance Activity". The site is getting day by day a worst. Everytime when i tried to book a ticket in tatkal, i faced a transaction error, then mail the IRCTC team and ask them for the refund.

                                    I have been a regular use of IRCTC for the past 5 years and I book ticket to go home every weekend. I have also used Tatkal option regulary with 80% success rate but for the last 6 months, I am getting weird errors and no ticket gets booked. Messages like, 1) Unable to process your request 2) IRCTC is undergoing maintenance 3) You request cannot be processed or It simply logs out of my account has been the norm when I am 200% sure of not making any mistake from my end. Once all tickets gets booked, then the website becomes normal. This problem has happened to me in my residance at chennai, bangalore temporary residance, my office or my relative place. Even I have changed devices. Over time, things have to improve, but how come it can become bad? Are there any actions being made to improve things. Apart from me booking tickets in bus and I am asking all my friends to do the same now.

                                    If you can not run a simple website, than why don't you shut it down .!!
