Sir, i would like to inform you that i have booked 2 tickets through irctc website vide pnr no. [protected] and [protected] from jaipur to allhabad but unfortunately we had cancelled the tickets. But not received the refund amount and we have communicate with irctc call center but they were rejected our request. So, i request to you to please look into the matter and do the needful to me.
