On 03 sep i had booked four tickets on irctc.co.in website from mumbai csmt to pune by train no 17031. I had specified to book only if at least 2 x lower berths are available as there were two senior citizens travelling. However the booking was confirmed with 3 x upper berths and one wl. The pnr no is [protected]. The passengers cannot travel. I will have to cancel ticket and loose money. It was a fault of the software Was this information helpful? | |||||
