Dear concern,
Today i booked the ticket of 2 senior citizens for 17th june 2018 cstm to nagpur of duranto, however post booking the message was not received hence i called up customer care number and i explained them the entire story the customer care executive told me that the ticket has not been booked and hence i shall have re book the tickets. Based on the discussion i again booked the tickets where the confirmation sms was received. Post 3 hours both the tickets were reflected in the system. Now when i cancelled the first ticket my rs.487/-n were deducted which was not due my mistake. I have kept the screenshot of where it shows the failed transaction.
Please refund my rs. 487/- immediately.
