Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — cancelled irctc tickets,but money not credited to account

Complaint about the refund of cancellation of the ticket.
The amount (Rs-3885)has be refunded by irctc and not yet credited to the account.
As we took detail from the branch of the account, amount has not been reached to concern bank.
