Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — cancelled tqwl but charged deducted fully for confirmed ticket | |||
It is very surprising and shocking to me that i had cancelled my tqwl tickets online at 10:18am on 08feb.2019 (Train no. 15002, pnr no. [protected]) but you are saying that this ticket was confirmed but this is not true (Please see the attached screen shot of cancelled ticket which was in waiting). My ticket was booked in tatkal quota as tqwland there was already more than wl16 waiting list in general quota in ac2nd in train no. 15002 then how my ticket tqwl could be confirmed? I am dead sure that during cancellation of ticket it was showing waiting ticket then how can you say that it was confirmed? Please get validated your computer program, it must have an error. The train no. 15002 runs with heavy rush from ddn to muzaffarpur so, there is no change of ticket confirmation in ac2nd class in tatkal quota even when already have more than 16wl in general quota in ac2nd class. I have contacted irctc care many times but all times they are saying that your ticket was confirmed (Showing in their system). But till time, i have checked in my irctc login page that ticket is showing in wl list in my cancellation/booking history. I ask to them (Irctc) that please share me pnr no. Of that ticket against which cancellation my tqwl tickets had got confirmed then they are unable to give any such evidence. I also asked them if my ticket was got confirmed then why during cancellation of my ticket it was showing as waiting tickets? Sir, i am sure that you will do depth analysis by cross-checking the asked cancellation of other persons confirmed ticket then you can find root cause of the error in their system. And i also asking that if my cancelled ticket was showing as wl status during cancellation then why i have to pay money (It is his website error). Kindly help me to avoid this financial loss to me. Sir we have booked for Sasha deepothsava seva and during the transaction it got failed and the amount is drawn from my account but I did not get the receipt so plz help me.
