Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — careless attitude | |||||
My father's age is 78 and my mother's age is 74. When i booked my tickets via irctc in sleeper class they have given us all upper and middle births knowing that i have already mentioned two senior citizens. Also the return ticket is not booked (Rac) still they deducted around 600 rupees after cancelation. This is so not done. We are paying railways for our comfort but we are getting nothing.
