The Pantry car service is very horrible. They provide inferior quality food and charge excess right from tea to any type of food supplied in the train berth. Worst is IRCTC food chain. They charge more and if asked for food bill, do not supply . Complainig to IRCTC has no remedy as they do not bother to enquire. One gentleman has rightly written - the panrty car fellow replied " go and complaint- my boss keep Prabhu (Rly Min) in his pocket" . Hey Prabhu I don't know How India will be a swach Bharat!
