We were travelling in 16032 train. Unfortunately my daughter had left her bag in train. One co passenger found it banded over to tte. He deposited it in jhansi station. Very next day i collected the bag except cash (3300rs). It was deposited in jhansi station. As per their suggestion i applied for refund in ncr allahabad through speed post dt on 13/3/18 attaching all required documents. Till date cash not refund.in between i submitted complain in irctc.in spite of several regular follow up they are not taken any step so that issue could be stopped. Pnr no [protected]. Coach no b2. Birth no42, 43, 45. My humble request to you pls. Varify the case and do needful action. Thanks.
