Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Charge high rate of foods not provide bill

Hi,
I have travelled from Partur to Manmad by Tapovan Express on 2nd April 2017 my PNR no. [protected]. I have taken veg biryani then ask me Rs 70/- . I think which is much higher than the rates disclosed by IRCTC and even not provide bill when I ask him to please give the bill. They also served water bottle on Rs 20/- even MRP printed on bottle is Rs 15/-.
Please take strong action against them.
