Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — complaint about ticket booking failed after money transaction done. | |||
Dear sir/madam, I booked a ticket on 04/09/2018, after online transaction was finished they took my money but showing reservation failed. Pnr not generated & i did not got even my money back.in irctc site it is showing no refund amount found. So please consider it serious because if they can deduct a small amount without giving train tickets, they can also deduct a huge from our accounts without knowing us.
