Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Complaints for missing items and extra price in Meal | |
Dear Sir, My name is Najmul Haque and I was traveling from Katpadi (KPD) to Howrah (HWH) by train. Bad for lunch as meal what they served, it was an awful experience for me and some items were missing, it was like they took it from some local shop and selling it here in the name of IRCTC. I orders 1 Non-Veg chiken meal, where they provide rice with one curry and fried chiken 3 pcs very small. Chapatis, curd everything was missing and they charged 150 INR. And didn't provide any bill too. Which is also higer than the rates (130 INR) showing on website. I would like you to look into this sincerely and take action against such cases at the earliest. I'm expecting a refund of my bill. Hope you will consider this.
