Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — complete order not delivered

We had ordered 3 veg thalis from a hotel in gooty, while traveling on train (17604: from yashwantpur to kacheguda). Order no: 39176245. But we received only one thali and even the taste was extremely bad. Here is the hotel number: [protected].
I request you to refund my money for 2 thalis. And please take this issue seriously, as many customers might be duped this way. Thank you.

Dear Sir,

i had booked a ticket against PNR [protected]on 31st Jan. I have cancelled ticket on 01st Feb. but money did not refunded. It shows that my money will refund within 6-7 days from date of cancellation. but till now not refunded.
