I booked a ticket on 1st sept 2017, ticket is not booked but money deducted thrice from my acct. That statement attaching to the mail.
This is 5th i am mailing regarding this issue .Till now no one responded . 25 times i call to help line centre .They are saying your taken priority on the issue please rectify it as early as possible.

I have booked railway ticket through IRCTC and have cancelled . As per IRCTC amount has been refunded however it is not processed and still waiting for the amount credited to my account . Kindly let me know the status please.
