Sir i have booked 2 tickets for same person in 2 trains from IRCTC but both trains have been delay for more than 3 hrs after that i have booked TDR for the same but till date after 40 days not received any refund amount and also any information from Railways.
Please consider the same and proceed my issue as soon as possible.
