Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — delay in refund

I cancelled e ticket on 13 june 2018. The journey date was 18 june 2018. Pnr no. Was [protected]. The ticket was rac. The message on cancellation mentioned that the refund amount will be credited directly to account. I have not received the refund amount as yet. I had also cancelled two other tickets on 13 june 2018 of which refund was received on 25 june after complaint. But the refund for said pnr is still not received.
