Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Delay in refund of cancelled ticket amount | |||||
Sir, I cancelled my two ticket on date 11.04.2016 and it was conveyed to refund rs 2080.00 on each, and was also told to credit in account within 7 days. After 15 days i called to irctc helpline no. And it was told me to send a mail regarding my problem on their complaint mail id with my bank account statement. I did the same but i got no reply. Again i called to irctc helpline no. And it was again asked me to send complete bank account statement, which i have already send. I send my account statement again, but no reply from their side, i again called to helpline, the executive told that she is forwarding the mail. I dont know to whom she forwarded my mail and why she hadn't seen this till that day, again on date 05.05.2016 it was asked me to send pnr no which i have already mentioned in my first mail and also attaching copy to honorable court. It shows that they didnt look on customers mails. Now about one month going to pass but the amount rs 4160.00 has not been credited to my amount. Kindly file my complaint and deliver effective order to penalize irctc on this delay to refund. I am attaching herewith the soft copy of the correspondence made to irctc.
