Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Delay in refund of cancelled train tour | |||||
Booked a tour of bharat darshan (nzbd168) for a group of four with tour confirmation id: [protected] & [protected] for an amount of rs43, 160. But the tour was cancelled by irctc on 23/04/2016. But no refund has been done till date (7/05/2016). On query with the care no proper reply is being given even after 16days. As being senior citizen it is very difficult to cope up the irresponsible behavior of irctc . It is a harassment at this age. Please help at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||||
