Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Delay in trains | |||||
This case is against train Duranto Express from Allahabad to Delhi on 8th Dec. The train which is non stop train became a passenger train and was late by nearly 7 hours, reason which irctc says is fog, but there was no fog. Train reached Aligarh around 9:30am and it took 4 hours to reach Delhi, because of which we missed our office and had to go for salary deduction. We seriously don't understand how can such super-fast trains be delayed like this and why always only consumers suffer. Also, there was no food, water or any thing to eat available in the train for passengers to compensate for delay. We request for refund or compensation for our loss of time, money and physical & mental stress. Was this information helpful? | |||||
