Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — denial of lunch in bhubaneswar raj exp

We have boarded our train (Train no-22824) travelling from muri to bhubaneswar. The train is running late by 7.30 hrs. On asking for lunch, the catering staff has outrightly and rudely denied giving us our meal. Kindly look into the issue and reimburse our meal expenses if it cannot be served to us.
