Quality of catering services in shatabdi have deteriorated very much. Tea bags of inferior quality unknown brands, hardly giving any flavour or colour are supplied. Ensure displays of brands also in catering chart, so that caterer can't play by supplying poor quality unknown brands.
Coaches standards especially toilets are in dialapitated conditions. Need drastic overhauls for ensuring cleanliness and hiegene.

My train from LTT to MTC was cancelled on 3 July 2017 so according to that they will send FULL AMOUNT to my bank but interestingly they haven't sent any money to my bank . I called on irctc no they told to mail but it didn't work yet . Here is Detaills
