[Resolved] Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — didn't received cancelled ticket amount

Apr 9, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved I was Trying to reach the helpline of irctc No.7556610661 but the No. Is always showing Busy. so I am not getting help from the IRCTC . Please help me to Refund my Amt. My Ticket was Booked on 6th April and Cancelled on 27th March but the Amt not credited. On 6th April Whoever Booked the Ticket their Amt got Refunded within 3 days as msg came from IRCTC But my Amount yet not Refunded.
