Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Difference in base fare

I have booked a ticket in slipper class with tatkaal quota and the base fare shows is 245₹ but originally it was been 165₹, So why there is so much difference in base fare although as IRCTC has tatkaal price of ₹100 and then this extra differential amount in base fare.
