My name is Proloy Kumar Dutta, and I am writing to request the reactivation of my IRCTC account, which has been disabled. I use this account for booking tickets for myself, my family, and sometimes for friends as well. I have only one email address and mobile number associated with this account.
I recently contacted “[protected]@irctc.co.in” regarding the activation of my account, and I was advised to create a new ID with an alternate email address and mobile number. When I inquired about the reason for the deactivation, I was informed that my user ID, "pkdutta" is inactive due to a 22/RPF case under section 143 of the Railway Act, related to multiple user ID creation. (Ref: IRCTC – Ticket ID 18509628 dt.25/02/2024)
I want to clarify that I have never used my email address or mobile number to create user IDs for myself or anyone else. I have no information about this case and would appreciate it if you could provide me with more details. I kindly request you to reactivate my IRCTC account as I am facing many difficulties in traveling due to its deactivation.
