Booked the meal for my family on http://www.ecatering.irctc.co.in with order number # 1269377 and made the full payment upfront. However, no meal was provided. Also there was not a single phone call from vendor/irctc if there was a problem in food delivery. As a results, my entire family including 11 years old kid was hungry for entire day due to this callous attitude of irctc. I would like to know A. Who is responsible for this issue B. What action irctc going to take against person responsible C. How irctc going to compensate me for mental and physical agony suffered due to this careless attitude Was this information helpful? | |||||
