Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — E ticket cancelled but money not refunded | |||||
Hello, I booked a tatkal ticket from NDLS to ALD, PNR [protected] for 22-Mar-2016, that was in CKWL and ticket was automatically canceled whet chart prepared. Since we dint travel, I got a message saying the amount will be refunded, which never happened till now. I have mailed 2 times to [protected]@irctc.co.in but not get any response.
