Complaint marked as Resolved On 24/12/2022 while taking an E ticket on irctc on line passenger reservation/oixigo web site, after logging in irctc username and password then filled ticket details train no and required class, soon asked to pay Rs.905 ticket charges and it was paid using my internet banking using my SBI account no.35535242579. after that ticket has not come in mail or sms where as again irctc login and password asked given but found bad credentials..so far not resolved the case. so far till now the money 905/- not received in my SBI SB account 35535242579.
please return the money immediately with sms or e mail..I didnt get E ticket so far. Without returning the money to me how you can resolve the case. describe.. where the money went ? Reverse Rs 905 to my a my account from le Travenu Technology immediately.
