I tried to book a ticket on 2 ocassions online at irctc.co.in but the booking failed, however my debit card was charged both times
the transaction IDs are: [protected] & [protected]
the status clearly shows payment as 'settled' & booking as 'failed' on their site but they haven't refunded my money.
even after repeated emails they haven't even bothered to look into the matter or send me any updates. Was this information helpful? |
