I cancelled a ticket of 3 passengers (3ac), around 3 months back but i have not received the refund till now. When i checked the status of the refund it shows refunded but it never reflected into my account. I am not even able to file a tdr as it says that the tdr can be filed only when there is a case of failed transaction or failed refund or delayed refund.
