Today i.e on[protected] at 11:25 AM I have initiated an online transaction for a sum of Rupees Four Hundred and Fifty One rupees (Rs 451/-) in order to get deposited into my IRCTC eWallet account. I have done the transaction through Cred Pay Application on my mobile and the payment gateway used for such transaction was Paytm. Enclosing both of the screen shots herewith.
The payment was showing as successful on the Cred App and also my bank account was debited for the same but the transaction was not updated on IRCTC website and it was showing as a failed transaction. Upon enquiring the customer support from cred app they were saying that the amount was successfully received by IRCTC but the same was not reflected on IRCTC. enclosing all the relevant screenshots and transaction status pages. I request to please look into this matter and resolve my issue and refund my money back into my account.
