Dear Sir/ Madam,
I have filed a TDR on 23 jan 2022 for the reason train late more than 3 hours and passenger not travelled. Train lated for more than 5 hours that day. My PNR no. is [protected]. TDR Status is showing as CR registered from last 2 months but nothing has happened. Transaction ID is [protected]. Please look into the matter if possible and get refund the amount as per norms.
