Complaint marked as Resolved I don't know how my problem resolved, but after some hours of booking my ticket, the system automatically started showing correct status and flushed PNR looks generated again. I think the problem of FLUSHED PNR is not a big problem as it seems IRCTC reuse old PNRs after some time.
As from my experience in this regard, i would say that if you have got a FLUSHED PNR on just recently booked ticket, then don't worry and wait for some hours (6-8). the problem will resolve automatically as irctc uses old PNR for new journeys.
