Dear sir,
My pnr no. [protected] (S5-51), i take a journey from howrah to ahmadabad on 11th november-13 november.
I am order a meal (Egg curry + rice) on 12th november at 4-15pm for night as per your representative of that pantry car. But in mean time my physical condition deteriorate badly.
So when they deliver the food at 8pm, i requested them to cancel my order for the reason of my physical condition, but they cant hear my word and force me to take this because i order that and i need to pay rs. 130/-. Then i receive and leave it on my berth (S5-51) as they give me because my internal condition is not able to take that.in that situation i haven't any way so i pay that money.
So, i did not what is rule what not, if its wrong from that caterer site of that pantry car, please give a notice to that body that will not happened again.
I don't know the pantry car representative name and their group but in their t-shirt back written as nccpl.
