I have lost my cell phone and all the contacts and messages have no moroe with us hence i have sent a email through my registered mail id with IRCTC before 25 days to reset the password but after giving all the proofs they are asking new details and ticket no is changing almost every time .

My question is can we have other alternative to reset my password without changing my mobile no.

After inquiring on phone they told us that same mobile is attached with other user id ..

as i want to cancell the ticket booked for 14.09.18 and 16.09.18 respectively but i am not able to cancell bcoz of above reason

Please guide me and resolve the same

Updated by Naimish63 they told me that same mobile no cannot be attached with two user id.User can be attached same mobile no as other sites are accepting the same .. everytime it is not possible to buy new sim for new user id.
