Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Full Refund Amount is not received

I booked a ticket on 02/05/2016 and made a payment of Rs 1037.25 through internet banking.
I cancel this ticket on 27/05/2016 and refund amount of Rs. 600 is showing on the printed canceled ticket.
But I got refund of Rs. 107.90+11.45 in my bank account on 31/05/2016.

Please refund my full amount as mentioned on on canceled ticket as early as possible.
