Hello, I have booked train from Delhi (NDLS) to Kalka Junction (KLK) for 04-Oct-2015 Transaction details:[protected] PNR No. : [protected] This train was cancelled. They had not sent even the message for the same. Now it is more than 2 months and I have not yet received my money. This is disgusting. I have send mail at [protected]@irctc.co.in multiple times and they just respond like below: ************************ Dear Customer, We would like to inform you that your below enclosed email has been forwarded to the concerned department. Thanks & Regards Ankur Sharma Executive, Customer care [protected]@irctc.co.in Ph[protected] www.irctc.co.in ******************* I would request an immediate actions and transfer my money back otherwise I have to escalate this at further higher level.
