I, ajit kumar, cancelled the ticket with pnr no. [protected] because the train was very late. The train started from kanpur in the morning at 5:00 am on[protected] as its actual arrival time is 9:20 pm on[protected] and actual departure time is 9:25 pm this means the train is 7 hours 35 minutes late which is more than 3 hours as per railway rules. I also filed tdr on 22-dec-2017 08:41:04 hrs but no refund was credited in my account till date by irctc as the ticked was booked online on irctc website through my personal id ramramram_. My mobile number is [protected] and my email id is [protected]@gmail.com.
